On a clean install, with a freshly created page view (emulating the homepage), I am getting the Javascript popup error:

This appears to be different from similar issues I have found using the d.o search. It occurs with or without Bootstrap, with or without Global Redirect. It occurs with multiple different versions of jQuery.

There is no other usage of Infinite Scroll in the system.

The preview works when editing the Views display.

The problem does NOT occur when Views is used to create a content pane that gets embedded in a panel.
