I'm trying to use Commerce WePay for checkout, however when I get to the payment step, I get a message "Please wait while you are redirected to the payment server. If nothing happens within 10 seconds, please click on the button below." However there is no button below, and the redirect never takes place. I don't see any errors in my log so I'm not sure what the problem is. Hoping someone here has a solution.

Also, I'm not sure if it matters, but my Off-site payment redirect pane shows blank. Reinstalling the commerce module doesn't seem to fix it. I've attached a screenshot.

Signs really point to there being some issue with that module or some other module on your site. I've recently tested off-site payment redirection with other payment methods and had no issue (e.g. PayPal Payments Standard).
