views base on taxonomy terms with exposed filter

hi
I have a problem and I searched all the net and couldn't find any solution.
I want to list one vocabulary and print some data reffed to them like:
term name 1: 567
term name 2: 1000
.
.
.
the value I produced with Global php OR fields.
the problem shows here when I add exposed filter All the result gone.
I find it's because of LEFT JOIN in the guery and if I can use FULL join it works.
I test 2 way:
1- views base on taxonomy terms.
2- views base on node.
and none of them works with filter.
Summary :
I want to list ALL terms of one vocabulary and show sum info about them.AND if there is't any result its show zero.and user chose period of time of report by exposed filter.
Please help me.
