Remove removed functions

Drupal 8 removes many functions D7 theme developers were found of (sometimes rightly so, sometimes not.)

Twigifier needs to be able to process theme functions containing these functions, either with the correct logic to handle the intended result, or by commenting them out so php doesn't have a fit, and the theme maintainer can go in and update.

Per Twigify roadmap, the goal is to output a list of functions that could not be automatically translated for Drupal 8, so that the maintainer can see at a glance a checklist of remaining tweaks needed for their theme to work in D8.
