Due to HTTP/HTTPS redirect issues, a customer can be not able to use the UI "sync campaign" button(s). This issue appears to affect all customers who do not have SSL enabled.

For this reason, we are adding a Drush command to allow those customers to at least sync their campaigns in command line.
