When editing in fullscreen mode in CKEditor, linkit and media dialogs open behind it.

  • CKEditor in fullscreen more is z-index 9995
  • linkit z-index is 501
  • media z-index is 999!important

I created a patch that changes linkit and media to z-index 9999 and it seems to fix the issue.
