Support for Drupal 7 is ending on 5 January 2025—it’s time to migrate to Drupal 10! Learn about the many benefits of Drupal 10 and find migration tools in our resource center.
The description on the module page and the readme should be consistent. Does it work only with mini-panels, because in panes there are lots of errors generated. Does it work with panels 3?
In the readme:
This module adds an accordion style setting to Panels 2, more specifically
Mini Panels.
A JavaScript accordion hides all but the active area that a user clicked on.
When the user clicks the heading of an area it activates that area, the
rest will be hidden.
You need to be using Panels 2 and enable Mini Panels (for now).

bburgI just tried to set this up with Panels 7.x-3.4 and it doesn't seem to work for individual panes. However, when I set a panel styles as accordion to both the panes, and the region, I was able to create an accordion for the entire region. This does make sense for how an accordion is defined, which typically has multiple regions that can expand/contract.
