For the certificate (module) I am using as a 'course object', I would really like it if will be possible to have [tokens per course-quiz result item (i.e. the result feedback].

Maybe this patch (https://www.drupal.org/node/2485785) for quiz module might make it possible to use the tokens for course module as well?
