Hi,

My webforms were working fine until yesterday and now they wont send any emails. I am not a programmer or web designer so I don't really know where to even start on figuring out what is happening and our IT manager got laid off so it's just me...This is the error I get:

Unable to send e-mail. Contact the site administrator if the problem persists.
Unable to send e-mail. Contact the site administrator if the problem persists.

I have three forms that I use to allow clients to sign up for our classes and all three are no longer sending either of the emails. The only thing I've tried doing so far is updating Webform from 7.4 to 7.43 and it didn't help. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.

If you didn't change webform and your e-mails were working and now aren't then the problem has nothing to do with webform. Can you send other e-mails, such as using the user contact or site-wide contact pages? Have you looked in your logs?

It could also be the you changed the configuration of your mail-related modules, such as phpmailer, mail system, mime mail, and/or smtp mail.

Please take this support issue to the forum, IRC, Drupal Answers, or a paid developer unless you can identify a bug in webform itself.
