Hierarchical Select for Entity Reference

Discussed with the maintainer of the other module (John Morahan) and committed:

Should be in the next release.

In case anyone wants to submit a patch to give a warning to installs with both modules installed at the same time (ie hser.module in both sites/all/hierarchical_select/modules/hser and sites/all/hser), please do!

@stefan.r -> So according to your notes, to take advantage, we would have to install HSER module along with HS?
I already have HS installed.

The next release of HS will include HSER. The dev version already does. Today's dev is not much different from alpha12 so that ought to be safe to use.
