Popup message permission inside span - onclick

Hi there,

Everything works just fine with

<span onClick="popup_message_display_popup('Message title', 'Message body text', 600, 600);;" >CLICK ME</span>

but I need to add permissions and an Accept button inside popup. Is it possible or do I need to create a module?
