When I try the upgrade on BOA / Aegir, I get:

Drush command terminated abnormally due to an unrecoverable error.
Error: Class 'LingotekConfigSet' not found in /data/disk/o5189739716/static/ef-20150227/profiles/commons/modules/contrib/lingotek/lingotek.admin.inc, line1012

And the upgrade does not finish.
