I have a habit of creating new views inside a View by clicking the button Add + under Displays. But weird happened, the add+ disappears. I already explore the possibility of JQuery conflicts, other modules related, and configuration in Views.
Every time I create new View, the Add+ button is missing. I am unable to create tabs in Views.
Is anyone already experienced this? Or maybe I had other modules conflicted? Thank you.

4rustynails CreditAttribution: 4rustynails commentedSimilar problem for Views 7.x-3.10 where the Add+ button is visible, but the select list does not appear when the button is clicked. Version 7.x-3.8 did not have this problem. The problem occurs in 7.x-3.10 in IE-11 as well as Firefox 36-37.
The problem appears to be a change in views-admin.css at line 166 for .views-displays.secondary.action-list where position is defined as absolute. If the position: absolute is removed the select list will appear, but it will display horizontally instead of vertically.
