Related to #1983960, it would be nice if the Secondary Options fieldset only opens if you've actually selected something other than the default options. This comes up when I submit the form via AJAX. The Secondary Options fieldset opens even if I haven't changed anything inside it.

I'll submit a first-try with the next comment.

I'm not able to reproduce the issue in the original post. If I have an AJAX view, when I pick a filter in the secondary options fieldset, the fieldset remains open, when I pick a filter that's not in the secondary options, it remains closed. Can you give specific steps to reproduce?
