Im also looking for a module which can export the entity registration. I have a quiet big form created in entity_registration and i have created multiple validations in custom module means its field's machine names are being used in my custom module, also in jquery. So a module which can export that whole form with machine names would be be great. Or any other solution would be appreciated.

I am seeing the registration states on my feature create page, using Registration 1.5 (just released) and Features 2.6. If you have these versions and are not seeing them, it may be that the states are included in another feature that's enabled on your site.
