I am not using product displays in the typical way but using multiple views as blocks to display all products on one page. When the page loads each product with an option field seems to be loading as the AJAX throbber can be seen on all of them.

I was wondering if this is necessary as it seems to slow my loading time down considerably

When loading the page on a mobile phone it takes quite a long time for the page to load. As I said previously, this would not be such a big deal if there were only a few products, but I am creating a takeaway / restaurant shop with multiple products with options to choose from.

same problem, I have ajax error problem, did you fix this?
How come everybody else does not have this problem?

Are you displaying your products in a view rather than with a product display using a product reference field in a content type?

Because this is what I was doing, I was literally showing over 100 products on one page.
