I need to get all nodes of a certain content type exported as a CSV.

I am unable to do this with Views/Views Export because of a weird glitch in views. I suspect it's because of the amount of fields... this content type has about 80 fields and there are several hundred nodes. Every time I build the view and save it, on refresh all the fields are removed except just a few and all fields are now missing from the Add Field modal.

I've tried clearing the views cache directly in the database as well as increasing the server memory limit...

So now I am trying to find another solution altogether to export all nodes of a type as a csv. I'm really surprised there's no admin-side solution for just selecting a content type and popping out all the nodes. Are there any ways of accomplishing that that my Googleing isn't bring up?

Everything seems to point pretty exclusively at Views Export. I was hoping there was something else.
