On checkout page Commerce currency not converted [#2431103]

I setup currency convert accordingly to https://drupalcommerce.org/user-guide/shopping-cart-and-multicurrency
But with Rules 2.8 on checkout page (/checkout/) currency converting does not done. But with Rules 2.7 all is ok.

Rules 2.8 breaks Drupal Commerce. Downgrade to 2.7 and you will be fine.

Sheesh, can't believe there isn't a notice or something about this when you try to install 2.8.
