When you do not fill required fields and submit wizard node form, you see required field error messages but further submit is not available any more.

Steps to reproduce
1. Run wizard
2. leave form empty and submit

Thanks for the report. This is fixed in commit 8e4ef18 of oa_wizard and will be part of the OA 2.31 release.
