On Image Edit Form, Clicking on 'Image Preview' link is displaying 'preview image' with 50,50 focal point co-ordinates always.

Reproduction Steps:

1. Add new image style and Set new Image style with 'Focal Point' crop effect (ex: 300x300).
2. Go to Content -->Add Content-->any media content and enter all required fields
3. Upload an image.
4. Change focal point co-ordinates from 50,50 to new location(ex: 38,31) and save the content.
5. Click on 'Edit' button and click on 'Image Preview' link for image
7. Observe that New Tab opened with focalpoint co-ordinates 50,50. Also preview image is displayed with centric to 50,50 co-ordinates.
"URL of New Tab" will be ex : http://hostname:portnumber/focal_point/preview/206/50%2C50

Please refer attached screenshot. whose focal point co-ordinates are 38, 31 but URL was displayed with 50,50 co-ordinates and preview image as well.
Note: This issue happens for File Entity on Media item.

I tested this a bit with @vinnu, it is worth mentioning that it may be our own distrobution causing the issue. We are using media, file_entity and a bunch of other stuff.

I tried this on simplytestme and could not reproduce. I think this has to do with the custom distro you're using. There was likely a js error on that page that caused this not to work.
