I installed the module and updated the redirect (enabled Rename existing source file checkbox), but I still see get the same file.
The redirection doesn't work. Can someone provide a hint on how to fix this issue ?

I can't get this to work. I tried the patch as well. Maybe it's because my source file has spaces in it... but I have tried with both spaces and URL-encoded to %20, and neither works.

Patch by bribread22 (#1) works, original file name is changed and redirect goes to new file.

Drupal version: 7.69
