I'd like to reduce the overhead and potential for errors in my application stack.
To that end, I'd like an address form that doesn't rely on the country-specific ajax address form widget.

This would also, by its nature, resolve issues like #2425323: Dynamic country-select-update-form still doesn't work with inline entity form

Such a form would be wrong for every country, and weird to everyone, since the fields, their orderings, and labels are country specific.

So it's not something I'm willing to pursue in this module.
