Hi,
I would like to add two blocks above Drupal 7 node comment. Those would be Similar Node and Advertisement( which I have already created). However I could not figure out how to add them above node comment. Can anyone please tell me? I don't have much expertise editing drupal code.
Thank you.

add blocks in content area
You can create your static blocks from Admin section and enable both into "Content" region.
You can also create your own custom region after main content area and enable blocks into that region.

I would use the display suite
I would use the display suite module, using to create a couple of custom fields, one for each block you want to display, then under the manage display tab for the content type I would enable a display suite layout (that way display suite will control the output) and then place the fields where you want them displayed.
