Offer to co-maintain

The project page says the project needs co-maintainers. We use this module in our product. I'd be willing to help step in and maintain the project, working with the project owners to keep this moving forward.

I'd be focused on the 7.x-2.x branch. I'd also like to discuss if support for FullCalendar 2.x library should spawn a 7.x-3.x branch (or support both 1.x and 2.x of the library on one release branch.)
