Un-selecting "Use cores grouping logic" breaks CKeditor, that is, CKeditor simply will not appear on an edit content screen.

I am un-selecting to take advantage of the CSS Option "Combine CSS files by using media queries".

Regardless of whether "Combine CSS files by using media queries" is selected, only un-selecting "Use cores grouping logic" breaks CKeditor.
