On a newly installed hostmaster the permissions are not out of the box OK.

Finding #2408503: view client permission is not set by default lead to more missing permissions and not working views for different roles.

We need a plan first.

Default permissions for e.g. the hosting_site module are defined in site/hosting.feature.site.inc but apparently not loaded.

When you enable a hosting feature on /admin/hosting the corresponding permissions do get set.
... so could it be that the default modules enabled by the hostmaster installation profile don't fire this features code?
