Thank you for using the module and for the request.

Nope, there were no plans to add this support. But I'm open to feature requests... and if there is already some lightbox/overlay module that has this support - then we can shamelessly see how it is done and implement it similar way (if it is good enough).

Colorbox works with Video Embed Field (which is a very nice module with over 35k reported installs) as shown here: https://www.ostraining.com/blog/drupal/colorbox-drupal/

Hello, is there any plan to implement this request? I have an already working site with collage formatter + photobox, and now the client asks for include videos on the galleries...
