Please let me know the URL where the documentation talks about a sub module. You're right, there definitely isn't one.

Instead just install this module in your app, and follow its instructions:

While following the instructions on the link you provided we have the following which made us think otherwise
"Step 3: Enable the DrupalGap Organic Groups sub module that comes with the DrupalGap module."

On following the steps the issue we are facing is that a content which is OG enabled , does not show a subscribe / unsubscribe link on the mobile application , while the same is visible on the website

Thanks for confirming, I've updated that README to exclude the misleading step. The OG module for DG will have to be expanded to support the subscription link(s) for groups. I won't be needing this anytime soon, so please contribute to its resolution, thanks.

The issue here is the OG Services module (7.x-1.x) has calls to certain functions like og_label, og_label_multiple, og_load_multiple code for which seems to be missing and can found in 7.x-1.x OG module. On the DrupalGap side the code field formaters for OG Subscribe would have to be written , will work on the same and share..
