Is it possible to keep AdvAgg turned on, yet set it to not perform for Administrators? Settings are throwing off some of the Admin panel's hyperlinks and am therefore not able to perform some basic tasks.

Yep you can set a cookie. Go to admin/config/development/performance/advagg/operations and you should see what you're looking for under "Aggregation Bypass Cookie".

Marking issue as fixed. Re-open if I'm mistaken.

Excellent, thank you. Additional problems I was experiencing included:

Un-selecting "Use cores grouping login" broke CKeditor.
admin/config/development/performance/advagg

Setting the cookie has fixed this as well.

Thank you!

Just an observation; not everyone who uses the admin theme has access to `admin/config/development/performance/advagg/operations`, and not all windows that use the admin theme have a editable URL bar (for example, the IMCE file browser window). Being able to disable advagg completely for the admin theme would certainly help me.

@Freightdev
Go to admin/config/development/performance/advagg and under Obscure Options check "Do not use AdvAgg or any aggregation in the admin section."

Is there a bug that you're trying to work around?
