Is it possible to keep AdvAgg turned on, yet set it to not perform for Administrators? Settings are throwing off some of the Admin panel's hyperlinks and am therefore not able to perform some basic tasks.

admin/config/development/performance/advagg/operations
and you should see what you're looking for under "Aggregation Bypass Cookie".Marking issue as fixed. Re-open if I'm mistaken.

Un-selecting "Use cores grouping login" broke CKeditor.
admin/config/development/performance/advagg
Setting the cookie has fixed this as well.
Thank you!

Being able to disable advagg completely for the admin theme would certainly help me.

Go to admin/config/development/performance/advagg and under Obscure Options check "Do not use AdvAgg or any aggregation in the admin section."
