Why Drupal was chosen:
Drupal was chosen due to its high degree of security, and robust nature. With the intention of this website handling transactions at a later date, it was essential to plan ahead, such that it could seamlessly transition into a website capable of handling tasks of this nature. As such, Drupal was used over WordPress, a system that was considered, but seemed to lack the security and adaptivity offered by Drupal.

Goals for The Code Less Travelled's Website
Currently, the website acts as a system whereby users can view works we've previously completed, and analyse the services we could potentially offer them. The inclusion of our blog assists with providing information to our clients, in addition to showing our intention of keeping up to date with the latest news and trends in the web field.
Requirements of Our Website
Our website is required to provide information to existing, as well as prospective clients. It is also required to act as a base for our commerce platform moving forward, which aims to streamline the payment process with our clients for smaller tasks, namely those related to search engine marketing as our company expands.
Outcome of The Code Less Travelled's Website Project
The project's results thus far have been beyond our expectations, with its ability to seamlessly cope with increased levels of traffic and content on the website. The backend allows moderators to utilise the website's full potential, without the need for a programming background, due to its ease of use.

This was used as a base theme for our website, due to the ability to begin with an unrestricted theme, that allowed for expansion towards our desired end goal with respect to design.

Views was used for the presentation of our clients, as well as our blogs.

Drupal Commerce is currently being used as a platform on which we are building our payment gateway for clients moving forward.
