unknown provenance dataset

It seems I am having a load entity issue in my osf for drupal. In the resource tab i get a:

unknown provenance dataset available expose configure dataset for editing

I am noticing this warning in drupal log messages when loading the resource tab:

Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in osf_entities_admin_content() (line 1691 of /usr/share/drupal/sites/all/modules/contrib/osf/modules/osf_entities/osf_entities.admin.inc).

Notice: Undefined variable: loadedResources in osf_entities_admin_content() (line 1477 of /usr/share/drupal/sites/all/modules/contrib/osf/modules/osf_entities/osf_entities.admin.inc).

It happened when I added a domain alias, and our front-end developer needed to install panel, pathauto, token, admin_menu and wysiwyg modules.

Could you give me clue what might be the problem?

When Pre-Caching one of the datasets. I get receive the following error:

An AJAX HTTP error occurred. HTTP Result Code: 500 Debugging information follows. Path: /batch?id=164&op=do StatusText: Internal Server Error ResponseText:

It might have something to do with it.
