Line item order not applicable for German shop due to VAT display.

The line item of the coupon appears before the VAT - but the coupon is calculated with VAT, therefore the line item order is incorrect for German shops.

at the moment it looks like this

net total
- coupon (includes tax)
+ shipping
+ calculated vat from net total & shipping
= total

but it must look like

net total
+ shipping
+ calculated vat from net total & shipping
- coupon (includes tax)
total
