Problem/Motivation

The machine name on the views overview looks inconsistent with the machine name on the Modules page and in general is a bit too prominent.

Proposed resolution

Style the machine names in the same way they are on the Modules page.

Also add a dir attribute, as the machine names are always LTR. (See #381994: Machine-name fields are always in Latin characters, and should therefore always be LTR for a similar issue.)
