When upload files with non-Latin file names, all the non_Latin characters in the file name disappeare, but reopen the IMCE window, the file still exists with correct file name. Very weirdly.

fishfree CreditAttribution: fishfree commentedMaybe it's because the PHP built-in function basename() can not work well with non-Latin characters. Using drupal_basename() instead.
