After upgrading from 7.37 to 7.38, this problem happens. For example: if there is a Global:php field, in Pager options, i set "Items to display" to 3, and "Offset" is 0, the result is "A", "B", "C". Then i change "Offset" to 1, the result is "C", "D".

skyredwangI did a clean install on Simplytest.me with Views PHP 7.x-1.0-apha1 and Views 7.38. Then added an empty Global:PHP field and set the Views:Offset to be 1. Then I was able to reproduce the bug. The result skipped 2. Removing this Field results in skipping 1 (expected).
With Global:PHP, if I change the Offset to be 2, then the first 4 items were skipped.

skyredwangThis is duplicate of #2123315: Pager does not appear if fields use Views PHP (7.x-1.x)
