I'd like a dev site to work on these two issues:

- #2411371: use a Views area handler instead of hook_views_pre_render() to create 'Add a new project' link at foot of user projects list
- #2410697: use a Views area handler instead of hook_views_post_render() to create links at top of issue search

While these are both in project_issue, they will require changes to the views in the d.org customizations module as well.

FYI the new dev build process is much faster. So if a new site would be helpful we can also do that.
