Upgrading to 7.x-3.3 or 7.x-3.5 causes the options in the menu form to not build correctly if there are multiple instances of the same path; this appears to be a result of checking for existence of paths only in the legacy (<< 7.x-3.3) string format with no menu name.

Patch changes this check to prefix with the menu name.

Hi,
I founded this issue after working on #2374445: Reaction MENU to set active menu item does not work anymore after upgrade to 7.x-3.3. Could you take a look at the one I mentioned and see if we merge both? The patch in the other one is taking in account something else, that might be interesting (or even wrong).
