On the admin/config/search/xmlsitemap/entities/settings configuration page, when any of the entity type checkboxes are checked, the only thing that appears is modules/xmlsitemap/templates/xmlsitemap-content-settings-table.html.twig (or similiar) which is configured as #theme setting for the $form['settings'][$entity_type_id] field, but that file doesn't exist.

Your patch didn't apply anymore so I manually applied it to the code and created a new patch. This applies and seems to work so that I can see and save the settings.

The patch applies cleanly and fixes the problem. I am able to configure the XML Sitemap Entities.
