Releases for D3Map Views

There is a lot of documentation in the readme.txt file of the module and the code itself is commented fairly well. I invite you to also take a look at any or all of it if you can and send feedback my way or open an issue so it can be tracked :)

In one sentence it's a provides a Views display format that links content to a state (shape) on a map and displays an entire US map (using D3.js) as a way to filter the View's results.
