@gvso Thanks for your bug report. It appears this issue was reported earlier over at #2346893: Duplicate AJAX wrapper around a file field. Could you confirm the patch in that issue solves the problem? I'm closing this issue as a duplicate, so we can focus our efforts in the other issue.
