Sorting issue using views to create overview magazines

Dear Sir/madam,

I have a website running Drupal 7 with the latest views. We use flash movies to publish the magazines online.
Some are only available for members and some are available for public, currently selected using filter criteria.
I tried using it with views attachments, but that doesn't seem to be the solution.

Selection public/member is being set using a field "Public"

Sorting order is set to: Year/Number.

Current Result:

First I see the magazines sorted by Year/Number which are available for public
Then below it, I see the magazines which are available to the members.

But we would like to have one view, where the numbers are mixed, public/members.
Sorted by year/number.

Someone available here how to make such overview.
