Problem/Motivation

While planning sprints, would be good to have usage graph over time, (sampled twice a day would be fine)

Might be wrong queue... maybe https://www.drupal.org/project/issues/testbot
or https://www.drupal.org/project/issues/search/drupalorg

Not sure where qa changes go.

Yeah, I think this more properly belongs over here. But note that qa.d.o and the current testbots are basically on life support only until https://www.drupal.org/project/drupalci so I wonder if we should actually put it over there instead.
