Making the OG/Commons stop restart the group permission settings whenever a change is made in the system.

Friends, I keep an installation of Drupal Commons and whenever I make a change in the system (eg install a new module) I need to re-configure the group permissions on "/admin/config/group/permissions/node/course."

I would like to prevent it from happening.
