I use math question on all my sites. But on one site it does not work anymore. I answer the math question eg. 1+1=2. The math question captcha returns an error: "The answer you entered to the math problem is incorrect.". I only can login to admin by removing the captcha from sites/all/modules. Try to reinstall Captcha without succes: same error.

The stupid thing is: the math question works well on submitting a form. But when logging in as admin it does not work.

I'm getting the same issue today on my site. My math answer response is correct but it reports as wrong and won't let me into my admin account. This is on my localhost, so I can certainly remove the Captcha module and get in, but why is it broken?

Did anyone find a solution for this?
