Hi Everyone,

As of now in the website I am working, after sharing the home page some random image is coming. My requirement is to get specific image instead.
So i have used Metatag module. Created a context given domain and path condition. Configured image path in Open graph setting.
But still it is taking random image. I am wondering why this implementation is not working in my case.

Please help me out of this.

Regards,
Veer

Title: Random image is still sharing for facebook though implemented Metatag Module. » Random image is still sharing for Facebook

First off, you should only assign the issue to yourself if you're going to work on it.

This seems more like a "support request" than a "bug report".

Have you reviewed the output of the pages to see what value is being given for the og:image meta tag?

I've changed the "component" to "Context integration" as it sounds like it might be a problem with Metatag:Context rather than a generic issue.

Are you using another module to automatically post content to Facebook, or are you manually pasting the URL of a page into a Facebook status message?

Ya i was able to see the image that i wanted to share in og:image tag. There it was coming proper, but while sharing some random image is coming.
I am using custom module to automatically post content to Facebook.

I believe the problem is that the module you're using to post the content to Facebook is passing along incorrect information; I've seen this problem before, both in publish_away and facebook_autopost.

Also, Facebook will pull an image off the page if one isn't specified, so it's best to assign something as a global default.
