I am newbie web designer. Some days ago i designed Drupal themes manually. My friend refer me use theme design generator. Would it did best practice to use a theme design software from the code opti and seo point of view??

Yes you can. Even I am using TemplateToaster from last 8 months. Code is optimized and bootstrap is also supported.
