With Radix using bootstrap 3.2 and Panopoly working with jQuery 1.7 (higher will break a lot of IPE things and screens) there is a mix and match issue!

The navbar collapse in bootstrap 3.2 does not work correct with jQuery 1.7, by clicking on toggle it opens. But when it clicking again it closes and immidiatly reopens. Using jQuery 1.8 fixes this issue however causes issues in all pop ups, IPE and panels settings page.

I noticed this bug as well today. Downgrading to Bootstrap 3.1.0 fixes it. I've not committed this yet because I want to do some more testing. I'll push a fix by next week.
