Tips not showing up when logged in

This is a great module, so let me start by thanking you for it. I'm having an issue, however, and I can't seem to find anyone else who is experiencing this same problem in my research: the tooltips work great on my site when a user isn't logged in, but when a user does log in, some of the tips disappear. It happens with all of the major search engines, so it's not a search engine-specific issue. To complicate matters, this vanishing act doesn't happen everywhere -- the tips still appear on all of the forms whether the user is logged in or not -- but on regular pages, the tooltips completely disappear upon login. Can someone please help me?
