Hi,
it is not possible to change the points (coordinates) in a map (e.g. Geofield Map) when multiple values are allowed.

Are there any solutions to make this feature allowed?

Try the latest version (7.x-3.0). I've had similar issues in the past, and they have all been fixed. Reopen if you're still experiencing this issue.
