if you use VBO to send "login one time" message you can choose to include all pages of the view to the operation, the confirmation page confirms the correct number of rows to be "operated upon" but at the end of all operations the status message reports only the current page results as being "send email" and upon inspection this is actually true

actually the tried with the latest dev and [user:mail] as token does not work
even though at end of operation message is reported as send
and it can also be seen in the watchdog messages
